Instructions for Webtools widget setup

Setup for Full list with descriptions

  1. Log into Webtools
  2. Go to Calendar > Setup
  3. Select your calendar from the list
  4. Click on the 'Widgets' Tab
  5. From the 'Available Widgets' list, select 'Generic 1a'
  6. In the 'Number of Events' field, type in the number of events you wish to show (the default is 3)
  7. Select your preferred formats for Weekday, Date, and Time
  8. For the checkboxes, check the information you would like to show. If you would like to show all available calendar information, check all boxes except 'Add event link in footer' and 'Calendar link in footer'
  9. In the CSS box, select all default CSS and delete it so there is no default CSS (the styles will come from the Illinois Theme)
  10. Save the calendar widget, then navigate back to your paragraph to finish set-up

  1. Log into Webtools
  2. Go to Calendar > Setup
  3. Select your calendar from the list
  4. Click on the 'Widgets' Tab
  5. From the 'Available Widgets' list, select 'Generic 1b'
  6. In the 'Number of Events' field, type in the number of events you wish to show (the default is 3)
  7. Select your preferred formats for Weekday, Date, and Time
  8. Leave all checkboxes unchecked except 'Open in a new browser when events are clicked'
  9. In the CSS box, select all default CSS and delete it so there is no default CSS (the styles will come from the Illinois Theme)
  10. Save the calendar widget, then navigate back to your paragraph to finish set-up

  5. From the 'Available Widgets' list, select 'Title and Date with a calendar date icon 1b'
  6. In the 'Number of Events' field, type in the number of events you wish to show (the default is 3)
  7. In the 'Day of the Week' dropdown, select 'Weekday'
  8. In the 'Date' dropdown, select 'none'
  9. In the 'Time' dropdown, select 'h:mm am'
  10. In the CSS box, select all default CSS and delete it so there is no default CSS (the styles will come from the Illinois Theme)
  11. Save the calendar widget, then navigate back to your paragraph to finish set-up

Adding Rich Text to show margins on gray

Body

Just wanting to show margins next to a webtools calendar section on full-width. We still want the header to align with the rich text headings. The list items will also need to move a bit so the gray aligns same as a gray rich text.
